What Agency? <br />QUIJAS: Orange County Sheriff’s Department. <br />SMITH: And how long were you at that Agency as a deputy sheriff? <br />QUIJAS: Uh, just under four years. <br />(PAUSE @ 0:01:46 – 0:01:57) <br />SMITH: Going to the day of the incident March 11th, what you’re wearing today <br />was that your uniform of the day? <br />QUIJAS: Yes. <br />SMITH: And polo shirt, jeans, duty belt, and your hard badge I guess I call it your <br />metal badge on your duty belt? <br />QUIJAS: Correct. <br />(PAUSE) <br />SMITH: Your duty weapon that day, can you describe that for me? <br />QUIJAS: A black, uh, semi-automatic handgun Glock. <br />SMITH: Caliber? <br />QUIJAS: 40. <br />SMITH: How do you carry that?
