Overall photographs of the officer <br />There were three (3) additional witnessing officers that were interviewed by OCDA <br />investigators, but not processed. The three officers were: <br /> Officer SALVADOR LOPEZ #3230 <br /> Officer ROGER TOLOSA #2353 <br /> Officer SANTIAGO DIAZ #3147 <br />A total of 248 photographs were taken of the officers by HAYES during the officer processing. <br />On Thursday, March 12, at 0820 hours, OCCL Forensic Specialist GRANT FRY retrieved <br />the bullet fragment from the upright window frame from Murray’s Hardware, located at 201 <br />South Main Street. <br />On Friday March 13, at 1520 hours, OCCL Forensic Specialist FRY retrieved a bullet <br />fragment from the parking lot at Original Mikes restaurant, located at 100 South Main Street in <br />the city of Santa Ana. <br />On Friday, March 13, 2015, at approximately 0905 hours, Investigator BRAD TANNER <br />attended the post mortem examination of BENITO OSORIO, at the Orange County Sheriff- <br />Coroner Office, located at 1071 West Santa Ana Boulevard, in the city of Santa Ana. <br />The autopsy was conducted by Forensic Pathologist ETOI DAVENPORT. Orange County <br />Crime Lab (OCCL) Forensic Scientist JENNIFER JARRETT collected physical evidence while OCCL <br />Forensic Specialist JEANNIE TRAN took digital photographs of the autopsy. The evidence and <br />photographs were documented under FR# 15-43742.
