Smith Approved By: <br />Date of Report:07/13/15 Date: 04/26/2016 <br />Page 19 of 32 <br />At the autopsy, OCCL Forensic Scientist JARRETT collected the following evidence under <br />FR# 15-43742: <br /> (2) Apparent bullets <br /> Deep muscle tissue <br /> Biological swab from hands and fingernails <br /> Multiple bullet fragments and jackets <br />Following the autopsy, DAVENPORT concluded that two of the apparent bullet wounds led <br />to internal injuries that would be considered fatal injuries. <br />On March 18, 2015, at 0800 hours, OCDA Investigator CHRIS MCSHANE supervised the <br />processing of OSORIO’s vehicle (Vehicle #8) at the OCCL vehicle examination area, located at <br />320 North Flower Street, in the city of Santa Ana. <br />The following personnel from the Orange County Crime Lab (OCCL) completed the <br />processing of the vehicle: <br /> JENNIFER JARRETT Forensic Scientist Evidence collection <br /> AIDE SAHAGUN Lead Forensic Specialist Photography, sketch <br /> JEANNIE TRAN Lead Forensic Specialist Assist with evidence collection <br />Examination of Vehicle #8, Toyota pick-up truck, revealed the following: There was an <br />apparent bullet strike into the exterior driver’s door, mirror (Evidence Photo Marker A). A <br />bullet hole was located in the exterior side of the driver’s door above, and to the left of the <br />exterior door handle (Evidence Phot Marker B). It appeared the bullet entered the vehicle and <br />exited the interior driver’s door panel and terminated into an unknown area inside the truck <br />(Evidence Photo Marker B-1)
