Cartridge, cartridge cases, bullet and fragments from Toyota <br />After examining the evidence, MATSUDAIRA completed a firearms examination and <br />comparison of the firearm related to this investigation with the following results: <br /> The four Glock pistols and the Colt rifle were test fired and all operated without <br />malfunction. <br /> The Smith & Wesson pistol was test fired and operated without malfunction in both <br />single and double actions. No associations were found to the pistol in the OCBULL3T <br />database. <br /> The three fired cartridge cases from EM8, EM9, EM14 were determined to have been <br />fired in the Glock pistol, #CWY048US (SWEET). <br /> The fired cartridge case from EM10 was determined to have been fired in Glock pistol, <br />#EEY356US (QUIJAS). <br /> The two fired cartridge cases from EM11 and EM13 were determined to have been fired <br />in the Glock pistol, #KEZ535 (ENRIQUEZ). <br /> The fired cartridge case from EM12 was determined to have been fired in the Glock <br />pistol, #LGU499 (GARCIA). <br /> The five fired cartridge cases from EM15 were determined to have been fired in the Colt <br />rifle, #LE059099. <br /> The fired cartridge case from the vehicle was determined to have been fired in the <br />Smith & Wesson pistol. <br /> The unfired cartridge at EM7 shares features with the ammunition received with the <br />Glock pistol, #KEZ535 (ENRIQUEZ).
