The bullet was too damaged for entry in the <br />OCBULL3T database. <br /> At least seven Winchester SXT or T-Series jacketed hollow point bullets or jackets were <br />recovered. The bullets from the scene at EM5 and EM6, the bullet from Murray’s <br />Hardware, the bullet from the vehicle, the bullet from the right leg, and the two jackets <br />from the neck wound and right elbow all share class characteristics with the four Glock <br />pistols. A bullet consistent with Hornady manufacture was not recovered. <br /> Inter-comparisons of the test fired bullets from the four Glock pistols were inconclusive. <br />There was an insufficient quantity and quality of marks on the test fired bullets for <br />comparison purposes. <br />BACKGROUND INFORMATION <br /> BENITO OSORIO had a California criminal history record dating back to 2008.
