Raya #3345 was notified via phone by Homicide Sergeant M. Lemmon #3174 of an officer involved <br />shooting in the area of 200 N. Broadway. Sergeant Lemmon requested I respond and assist with the investigation. <br />1930 hours: <br />I arrived at the southern perimeter of the crime scene at 1st Street, east of Broadway. Santa Ana Police Department <br />Officers in marked patrol vehicles were providing security for the crime scene, preventing access into the scene by <br />unauthorized vehicles and pedestrians. <br />2017 hours: <br />I checked into the scene with the designated scene scribe, Officer A.
