City of Santa Ana I First Street Multimodal Corridor <br /> Technical Memorandum <br /> existing conditions of the First Street corridor. This information in conjunction with the <br /> technical multimodal analysis and traffic modeling and community input resulted in the <br /> development of three potential concepts that will improve the travel environment on First <br /> Street. Ultimately, these three concepts will be reviewed by City Council, and a locally <br /> preferred alternative will be selected.
