Permitting and associated fees for traffic control plans, street closures, or public right-of-way <br /> improvements are excluded, except as needed for haul routes or demolition access. <br /> 14. Fabrication or procurement of permanent fixtures (e.g., lighting poles, signage, railings) is not included; <br /> design intent documents only are provided. <br /> 15. Any services required by agencies not listed in the scope coordination (such as FEMA, SHPO, or EPA) are <br /> excluded unless later requested and approved. <br /> 16. Changes proposed after approval of previous direction and/or completion of design documents. <br /> 23. Design services for Landscaping, Low Voltage,Access Control,Security, Fire Protection and Fire Alarm. <br />
