EXHIBIT 2 <br /> B1.4 Project Management and Meetings <br /> This task covers Project Manager time for up to 10 hours of project management tasks and <br /> up to 8 hours of time for meetings with the City and County and consultant team, as <br /> needed. <br /> B1.5 Design Review and Technical Support <br /> During the course of the Project, as needed, ECORP will review architect's design <br /> proposals to the County Law Library and attend project meetings or conference calls with <br /> the client and project planning team and/or lead agencies, provide general technical <br /> support, prepare project status reports and updated schedules, coordinate with G4 staff, <br /> respond to additional or unanticipated comments on deliverables, and maintain <br /> appropriate communication with the client, team members, and any subconsultants. This <br /> is an as-needed task, billed as time and materials.We have budgeted for up to $2,250 of <br /> staff time for coordination and assistance. . <br /> B2 ARCHITECTURAL&ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR DEMOLITION AND RELATED <br /> REPAIRS— PART 2—DESIGN DEVELOPMENT THROUGH BIDDING. <br /> B2.1 Scope Clarifications: <br /> Based on Input from City received during Schematic Design done duringASR01-A <br /> the scope of Architectural and Engineering services has been revised and/or <br /> restated as follows: <br /> B2.1.1 Architectural: <br /> • Plaza Demolition Scoping. <br /> • Law Library New East Stair and Balcony with Enclosed Spaces Below. <br /> • Law Library"Dry Garden"Anti-loitering Area Between Stair and Building. <br /> • Law Library New South Stair with Enclosed Spaces Around. <br /> • Law Library Modifications to Interior Exit Signage for Adjusted Exit Routes <br /> During Various Phases of Construction. <br /> • Law Library Exterior Wall Repairs <br /> • Accessible Path Across Project Site Including New Ramp from Federal <br /> Building, and Protective Bollards. <br /> • Architectural Railings at Plaza of the Flags and Federal Building, and if any <br /> areas off the State Building Plaza Level to remain are deemed to need them. <br /> • Architrectural Design of Retaining Wall Reinforcement <br /> SASB PLAZA DEMO ASR 01 B—PART 2 GROUP 4 ARCHITECTURE 2026-02-23 Page 5 of 10 <br />
