EXHIBIT 2 <br /> B2.1.6 Electrical <br /> • Safe-off Electrical Services in Demolition Area. <br /> • Electrical Demolition Scoping. <br /> • New lighting for Parking Areas and walkways within Limit of Work on City <br /> Electrical Service. <br /> • New lighting for Library exist stairs and enclosed spaces below to be served <br /> off County Service. <br /> • Protection Design of Electrical Service to State Building and underside of <br /> State Building Plaza Level Parking Below. <br /> • State Building lighting will be modified to be kept in Operation Post- <br /> Demolition <br /> • Consultant shall provide lighting design, lighting control, title 24 compliance <br /> forms, and emergency lighting photometrics for the parking lot, accessible <br /> path of travel across the site, and interior spaces related to the Law Library <br /> south stair and enclosed spaces below the law library east stair. <br /> • Consultant shall provide design for an outdoor rated UPS/invertor system for <br /> emergency lighting. <br /> B2.1.7 Permits <br /> • Consultant shall submit plans and specifications for the demolition and <br /> repair permits to the City and also separately to the County for work required <br /> on County Property(Law Library stairs and repair). <br /> • Permits related to the means and methods of demolition will be obtained <br /> through deferred approvals by the to be selected demolition subcontractor. <br /> • Permit Fees will be the responsibility of the City. <br /> B2.1.8 Procedures for safe conduct of the work in the work zone will also be part of <br /> the means and methods, which will be obtained through deferred approvals by the <br /> to be selected demolition subcontractor. <br /> B2.1.9.
