EXHIBIT 2 <br /> Architect will facilitate a part-day Integrated Design Workshop (I DW)with various <br /> stakeholders from City departments invited at the request of the City Project <br /> Manager. Sub consultants will attend virtually or in-person, to reviewAE <br /> deliverables from Schematic Design Phase and do a "page-turn"to review design <br /> intent, confirm directions from City provided ASR01 comments, and confirm <br /> directions for DD development. <br /> Consultants will advance the project to the Design Development level drawings and <br /> specifications. <br /> Deliverables: Design Development drawings and Outline specifications. <br /> B2.2.2 Phase 3 Construction Documents—90% Submission— Permit Submittal <br /> Consultants shall incorporate responses to City comments from the DD submission <br /> and begin preparation of construction documents and details of sufficient detail to <br /> be deemed sufficient for permit review. <br /> Deliverables: Permit Submittal Plans and Specifications. <br /> B2.2.3 Phase 4 Construction Documents— 100% Submission— Back check <br /> submittal <br /> Consultants shall incorporate responses to City comments from the Building <br /> Department and prepare a re-submission of sufficient detail to obtain building <br /> permit. <br /> Deliverables: Permit Re-Submittal Plans and Specifications. <br /> B2.2.4 Phase 5 Bidding Support <br /> Consultant shall support Contractor and City in obtaining bids for the work by <br /> providing answers to questions and issuing addendum as needed. <br /> 132.3 Project Meetings and Coordination: <br /> B2.3.1 Project Meetings <br /> Architect shall attend up to 12 Contractor-Architect Coordination meetings. <br /> Architect shall conduct Architect subconsultant meetings as needed. <br /> Architect shall attend and support Owner-Architect-Contractor(OAC) meetings on a <br /> two-three week interval during active design phases up to a total of 12 meetings. <br /> Architect shall conduct up to six additional stakeholder meeting as requested by the <br /> City—that may include City Planning, meetings with County, City Building Official, <br /> SASB PLAZA DEMO ASR 01 B—PART 2 GROUP 4 ARCHITECTURE 2026-02-23 Page 8 of 10 <br />
