1 EXHIBIT 1 <br /> CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> 11. Contractor shall be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of the delivery, <br /> installation, and disposal of products (if needed), as well as providing any necessary training and <br /> documentation. <br /> 12. Contractor is responsible for the off-site disposal of all packaging materials from products ordered <br /> by the City. All trash and debris must be removed and disposed each day of installation in an <br /> appropriate manner. <br /> 13. Uncrating at location of delivery will not be allowed unless authorized by City. <br /> 14. Furniture shall be delivered blanket wrapped, unwrapped, assembled, set in place, wiped clean <br /> of all fingerprints and function demonstrated to City. <br /> 15. Contractor shall ensure delivery site is left in a clean and orderly manner after installation is <br /> complete. <br /> 16. Contractor must uphold high standards of quality and timeliness while fostering transparent and <br /> effective communication throughout the project. Contractor must also be responsive to any <br /> concerns or questions raised by the City through the duration of the project and ensure a <br /> seamless and satisfactory completion of the project. <br /> PROJECT DELIVERABLES <br /> 1.1 Furniture Categories <br /> The Housing Authority is seeking proposals that include the following furniture categories: <br /> A. Adjustable-height desks and workstations, including worksurfaces, legs, supports and modesty <br /> panels <br /> B. Office chairs for clients <br /> C. Conference tables and conference-room seating <br /> D. Filing cabinets <br /> E. Storage cabinets and credenzas <br /> F. Reception and waiting-area furniture (table and chairs) <br /> G. Open area workstations, including cubicles, partitions and panel systems <br /> H. Display shelving <br /> 1.2 Condition Requirements <br /> A. Items may be new or gently used, defined as having minimal wear, being fully functional, and <br /> showing no significant defects. <br /> B. All used items must meet applicable safety, structural, and cleanliness standards. <br /> 1.3 Delivery and Installation <br /> Proposer shall provide the following information as part of their proposal: <br /> A. Proposed delivery timeline. <br /> B. Availability of installation services, including assembly and placement. <br /> C. Optional disposal or removal of existing furniture. <br />
