EXHIBIT 1 <br /> CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> B. Remove and replace, or repair damaged wood, finishes or hardware components. <br /> C. Upon completion of installation, contractor to check for complete function of parts and finish. <br /> D. Adjust doors, drawers, hardware, fixtures and other moving or operating parts to function <br /> smoothly. <br /> E. Contractor is responsible for the cleanup of interior finishes and surfaces and removal of all <br /> cartons and packaging associated with this furniture. <br /> F. Remove protective covering from finished surfaces. Wash and clean components. <br /> G. Polish glass, plastic, hardware, accessories, fixtures and fittings. <br /> H. Protect installed products, as required or needed, until completion of project. <br /> I. Perform final walk-through with Project Manager, documenting acceptance of furniture, <br /> installation and clean up. <br />
