SA 12‐022 <br />Investigator: ANDREW ROSS Approved By: <br />Date of Report: 10/04/12 Date:10/10/12 <br />Page 12 of 76 <br />laundry place. This now puts me in the far east parking area  of the <br />southeast corner of Bristol and Segerstrom, so I’m now in the <br />back. I look to my right, which would  be south, I don’t see <br />anything matching the description. I look to my left, which would <br />be north, and I see a silver newer Jeep Wrangler. (BACKGROUND <br />NOISE) As I’m doing this, I’m starting to turn my patrol vehicle <br />(SHUFFLING) and face northbound in the same direction as the <br />Jeep.  Now I’m a little east of the Jeep, so I’m behind it but east, <br />um, canted if you will, off to the side.  I see the vehicle, I see the <br />suspect matching the description and a  person in the wheel chair. <br />I exited my patrol car from the driver’s side. As I’m doing this, I hit <br />the spotlight on the two subjects, because the lighting, where <br />they were standing against the wall, was very poor. I want to <br />illuminate the area, get a  better idea of what I was dealing with. <br />As I exited my car and turned on the light that’s mounted  on my <br />patrol car and aimed it at the two subjects, I’m walking out west <br />away from my car. So I’m away from my car a few feet. <br />(BACKGROUND NOISE) At this time, I observed the suspect who’s <br />arguing, yelling at the person in the wheel chair.  Couldn’t make <br />out what was going on.  He was yelling at him, very aggressive <br />tone ࡕ shouting of sorts.  I saw that the suspect turned in my <br />direction, looked  at me while holding something and said, quote, <br />“oh, shit” end  quote.  What I saw, his handsࡕ were close to his
