SA 12‐022 <br />Investigator: ANDREW ROSS Approved By: <br />Date of Report: 10/04/12 Date:10/10/12 <br />Page 13 of 76 <br />chest, his elbows were at chest level off to the side.  He was <br />holding ࡕ the object, object he had in a fashion of how one would <br />hold  a weapon, a handgun.  I knew this because his right hand had <br />a fist, a  grip, a master grip, if you will. His left hand was cradling <br />like a support hand and he had it close to him.  Turns to me, oh <br />shit, turns around.  I said  hey, stop.  He runs to the driver side <br />door of the Jeep, which was open.  He gets in very closeࡕ sticks in <br />his whole body in there, without stepping inside of it.  I cannot <br />see his hands. He’s either getting something or putting something <br />back. But I’m certain he’s retrieving, because his arms extend and <br />then come back.  And I know this ‘cause his elbows are coming <br />out in front of him.  At this point, he’s moving very fast and based <br />on my experience of contacting many of peopleࡕ in, in my job, <br />he’s avoiding me.  He’s trying to hide his hands.  He gets whatever <br />he gets from the car, looks again at meࡕ then he shuts the door <br />to the Jeep.  He slams it.  I then unholster my duty weapon, <br />because his actions are very suspicious and are starting to get me <br />worried, because what is he hiding, what, what is so important?  I <br />just showed  up.  I wanted to see what was going on and he’s <br />doing all of these actions very, very quick.  There’s no more <br />dialogue, I don’t hear anything.  He closes the door.  He runs, and <br />I’m thinking he’s gonna run to Segerstrom which runs east and <br />west.  Nothing blocking him. He’s gonna run like every bad guy
