SA 12‐022 <br />Investigator: ANDREW ROSS Approved By: <br />Date of Report: 10/04/12 Date:10/10/12 <br />Page 33 of 76 <br />ROSS: Upper half? Okay. But you could  see he was manipulating, you <br />could  see that his movements appearedࡕ <br />ENRIQUEZ: Absolutely, absolutely. That is a common action that people take, <br />I mean, if for you’d wanna reach and get something, you’re going <br />to extend  your body to reach and grab something to manipulate, <br />to retrieve, to draw, to do something. And if you’re gonna bend <br />over, you’re gonna, that leads me to believe, if you’re bending <br />over, you’re making a good conscience effort to, to reach in <br />different compartments of a car, perhaps the glove box, perhaps <br />the center console, perhaps on the other side of the chair or <br />excuse me, the, the passenger seat. It wasn’t just him over here. <br />He made a full on effort to put his upper half of his body inside <br />and get whatever he wanted to get. <br />ROSS: Okay. I know you’re paying a  lot attention to this, this guy right <br />now since he, he’s, he’s to you is the biggest threat. What about <br />this guy here in the wheel chair, is, is heࡕ is he doing anything? Is, <br />are you seeing any movement by him or have you sort of <br />tunneled  intoࡕ <br />ENRIQUEZ: No, I didn’t tunnel in, sir, I, I utilized my peripheral vision and  I <br />maintain obviously most of my focus was on, um, the suspect but <br />to answer your question, wheel chair guy did  not move. He did <br />not, um, say anything. He just, uh, he was just there against the <br />wall.
