SA 12‐022 <br />Investigator: ANDREW ROSS Approved By: <br />Date of Report: 10/04/12 Date:10/10/12 <br />Page 34 of 76 <br />ROSS: Okay. <br />ENRIQUEZ: The whole time actually. <br />ROSS: Okay, so there was, he wasn’t saying a  word. He just sat there? <br />ENRIQUEZ: Correct. <br />ROSS: And other than hearing the words oh, shit (SHUFFLING) by suspect <br />as, as he turned and ran over here to the door ࡕ or just prior to <br />him running over here to the door of the Jeep, was the suspect <br />saying anything? <br />(PAUSE) <br />(SHUFFLING) <br />ENRIQUEZ: No, other than what I described  that it appeared  that he was very <br />upset, argumentative, appeared  to be threatening but I could not <br />make out what he was. I based it on his bodyࡕ <br />ROSS: Right. <br />ENRIQUEZ: ࡕ language and his movement. <br />ROSS: But once he made that statement, oh, shit, and then turn and ran <br />towards the door of the Jeep, did you hear him say anything after <br />that, after the oh shit comment and him head towards the door of <br />the Jeep? <br />ENRIQUEZ: No, I did  not. <br />ROSS: Okay, while he was rifling through whatever he was rifling <br />through inside the vehicle, was he saying anything, mumbling <br />anything, making any noises?
