SA 12‐022 <br />Investigator: ANDREW ROSS Approved By: <br />Date of Report: 10/04/12 Date:10/10/12 <br />Page 35 of 76 <br />ENRIQUEZ: No, he seemed  very focused  on what he was doing. <br />ROSS: Okay. Approximately how long was he inࡕ side the Jeep, fumbling <br />around doing whatever he was doing? <br />(PAUSE) <br />ENRIQUEZ: Maybe a  second  as if whatever he was getting he knew where it <br />was and he knew how to get it. <br />ROSS: Oh, okay. Now as this was unfolding can you describe the, the <br />lighting in that area? <br />ENRIQUEZ: Sure. <br />ROSS: And what you had toࡕ <br />ENRIQUEZ: Sure. <br />ROSS: ࡕ go on. <br />ENRIQUEZ: Sure. There was a  little bit better lighting on this side, um, that I <br />had observed when I actually came in, but over here we’re gonna <br />concentrate here, um, the east side of the building. Um, it was <br />dark, it was obscure, late at night, not too many lights on. Um, the <br />Jeep was also casting shadows, if you will, so, um, depth <br />perception, um, lighting, shadows, all those things were in play to <br />what I was seening. <br />ROSS: Okay, now your unit has headlights and spotlight on at this time? <br />ENRIQUEZ: I believe just the spotlight. <br />ROSS: Just the spotlight, okay, and the spotlight was directed  which, <br />which would  have illuminated  everything to the rear of the Jeep,
