And that, and you said, if Im not, uh, mistaken, during the <br />interview earlier, um, that you began to move at that time after <br />you delivered the first four rounds? <br />ENRIQUEZ: Yes. <br />ROSS: Okay. Uh, you said you were able to look underneath the Jeepࡕ <br />ENRIQUEZ: Yes. <br />ROSS: ࡕ as you were moving to east of the Jeep, correct? <br />ENRIQUEZ: northeast. <br />ROSS: Northeast. Um, as, as you looked below the Jeep, what did you <br />see? <br />ENRIQUEZ: His feet were still in a squatting position. He was not laying down. <br />He was not on the side. He was not on his stomach. He wasnt on <br />his back. He was still in a position squatting ready to get up. <br />ROSS: In the same location? <br />ENRIQUEZ: In front of the vehicle. <br />ROSS: Okay, uh, to the drivers side, where we talked about before orࡕ <br />ENRIQUEZ: No, he was side to side. <br />ROSS: Oh, so hes running back and forth from side to side? <br />ENRIQUEZ: Not running, side stepping. <br />ROSS: Well, stepping side, from side to side, okay. Umࡕ at, at that point <br />you said you, you didnt think you had hit him? <br />ENRIQUEZ: Correct.
