Ill <br />chase you if I see something, (BACKGROUND NOISE) thats fine. <br />What raised the hairs on my back and made me scared is when he <br />was running and stopped in front of the car to see where I was, <br />cause two things remain consistent. (BACKGROUND NOISE) He <br />never show me his hand, he was holding something. Secondly, <br />(BACKGROUND NOISE)/(BACKGROUND CONVERSATION) he <br />always looked to see where I was, oh, shit, slammed the door, <br />looked back, go to the front, looked three or four times, moving <br />west to east in front of the Jeep. His primary goal and function <br />was to see where I was at. And whatever he had was to cause me <br />harm and kill me. I knew that because all of hisࡕ characteristics, <br />his movement were indicative of somebody that wanted to take <br />that approach and I have never experienced anything like that and <br />that fear was real and itࡕ made me take the action I had to take. <br />You know Iࡕ want to go back a couple of years and obviously an <br />unrelated incident, an officer involved shooting, um, vaguely <br />described thatࡕ I contacted two suspects, burglars in a vehicle, in <br />the area of, um, um, the same, the same district, commercial <br />area, late business hours.
