S.A. 12‐022 <br />Investigator: ANDREW ROSS Approved By: <br />Date of Report: 09/13/12 Date: 09/18/12 <br />Page 6 of 6 <br />rounds from his firearm at ALMANZA.  Based on ALMANZA’s reaction,   believed ALMANZA <br />was struck by the bullets.   ALMANZA began to scream in pain and began yelling out to <br />ENRIQUEZ, “Okay, I’m sorry.  I didn’t mean to, I’m just scared.”  ENRIQUEZ advised ALMANZA to <br />lay still, that help was on its way. <br />ENRIQUEZ continued to point his firearm at ALMANZA from a safe distance, until <br />assisting police officers arrived on scene.  Once additional police officers arrived on scene, <br />  left his hotel room to identify himself as the reporting party to the police officers. <br />At no time during the incident did   see ENRIQUEZ make physical contact with <br />ALMANZA.
