At EPD, he supports project review, due <br /> diligence, and policy consistency analysis. Joey will support the assigned Project Manager and <br /> Environmental Principal Planner on an as needed basis to manage time and budgets. <br /> Education: Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a Minor in Urban Studies and Planning, University <br /> of California, San Diego. <br /> Full resumes are provided in Appendix A. <br /> AVAILABILITY <br /> EPD Solutions maintains a flexible staffing structure that allows our planners to provide continuous, <br /> responsive support to the City of Santa Ana. Our team is fully available for on-site work at City Hall to <br /> coordinate closely with City staff, applicants, and interdepartmental reviewers as projects move through <br /> entitlement and plan check phases. <br /> At the same time, EPD's hybrid operations allow portions of work—such as documentation, analysis, and <br /> CEQA coordination—to be completed offsite when appropriate, ensuring both efficiency and cost- <br /> effectiveness while maintaining close communication with City staff. <br /> APPROACH TO SERVICES <br /> EPD understands that on-call service agreements encompass a wide range of project types and sizes, each <br /> requiring a tailored approach that streamlines the environmental review and approval process.
