The EPD team prepared an array of <br /> supporting technical analyses, including an AQ/GHG Report, Fiscal Analysis, Geotechnical Report, Noise <br /> Impact Analysis, Phase 1/11 ESA, Traffic Study, Water Quality Management Plan, and Water Supply <br /> Assessment to support the Addendum. The City Council approved the project in 2019. <br /> Related Bristol Specific Plan <br /> Scope of Work: CEQA Compliance Services, EIR <br /> Started: 2020 1 Completed: 2024 <br /> Description of Services: EPD conducted a peer review of Applicant- <br /> prepared technical studies and prepared a Supplemental EIR for the <br /> Related Bristol Specific Plan, which presents a transformative vision <br /> for redeveloping 41 acres in the heart of Santa Ana, right across <br /> from South Coast Plaza.
