SCOPE OF SERVICES • Storm Water Pump Station including civil, mechanical, electrical, control and instrumentation and • structural • Separate electrical building • Below grade storage • Flow Control Discharge Valve Vault • Connection to existing City storm drain facility At time or proposal we envision the following process: • Mark Thomas Company will provide a single point of connection for the storm water conveyance within Santa Ana Boulevard to a location near the storm water pump station. The pump station will include integral trash screens, a sediment pit, weir wall and adjacent wet well for submersible pumps. The storm water pumps are assumed to be driven by variable frequency drives. • The storm water pump station will convey storm water to an underground retention structure • The underground retention structure is assumed to be either a cast -in -place concrete underground storage tank or multiple HDPE cylindrical storage tanks • A flow control vault with a motor operated modulating plug valve to control the downstream water elevation into the City's existing system. Our scope of work includes preparing civil, mechanical, structural, and electrical and controls and process and instrumentation construction drawings for a stormwater pump station and retention design.
