Therefore, Tetra Tech will
prepare the needed plans for relocation or
demolitions and re-establishment (such as
irrigation, landscape, electrical services, lighting,
gas services, communication, etc.).
7.3.3 Storm Drain Plans
Mark Thomas will prepare construction drawings
for the Storm Drain Plan relocations for the 35%,
65%, 95%, 100%, and Final submittals. It is
assumed that the following is required.-
* Plan and Profile sheets (5, 20 scale)
Detail sheets (2)
Total Sheets: 7
CITY OF SANTA ANA
SANTA ANA BOULEVARD GRADE SEPARATION
HARK THOHAS
7.4 Water Quality
7.4.1 WQMP
Tetra Tech will prepare a WQMP for the project as
required for urban runoff from municipal separate
storm systems (MS4 Permit). The scope of the
WQMP shall include recommendation for post
construction permanent best management
practices (BMP's), including source control
(structural and non-structural) and treatment
BMPs.
Scope assumes recommendations for BMPs shall
be incorporated into the projects PS&E for the
design tasks by Mark Thomas. Base project data
for SWPPP preparation (areas, slopes, etc.) will be
provided.
Scope assumes SWPPP will be provided by the
construction contractor per the RFP.
7.4.2 Water QualitylBMP Plans
Mark Thomas will prepare construction drawings
for the Water QualitylBMP Plans for the 35%,
65%, 95%, 100%, and Final submittals. The
Layout and details will be included in the Storm
Drain Plans and Details as part of task 7.3.3.
7.5 Planting & Irrigation
Mark Thomas will prepare Planting and Irrigation
plans for the 35%, 65%, 95%, 100%, and Final
submittals. a conceptual planting layout plan and a
plant palette for City review prior to proceeding
with the 65% submittal. The following submittal
milestones will incorporate updates based on the
City's comments on the conceptual planting layout
plan. The planting plans will include a complete
plant layout, plant callouts and notes, and quantity
sheets. Shrubs will be shown with hatch patterns
in the PS&E package.
The irrigation layout will be prepared and will
include irrigation head and valve locations, valve
callouts, and paint -of -connection callouts and
notes. Lateral line sizing and notation will be
included at the 95% submittal. The irrigation
system is assumed to be a new system connecting
to the existing water meters.
If as -built drawings with sufficient information are
not available, planting and irrigation removal and
repair areas will be identified with callouts only.
