SCOPE OF SERVICES CITY OFSANTAANA <br />SANTA ANA BOULEVARD GRADE SEPARATION <br />MARK THOHAS <br />and posted to the project website to support <br />transparency and public access. <br />Innovative & Inclusive Engagement Tools <br />In-house Innovations Team and Justice Equity <br />Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) Team are available <br />to provide additional, optional support and/or <br />creative and interactive solutions should there be <br />project demand, such as videography, GIS <br />solutions, or CBO Partnerships should the City <br />require a greater degree of public engagement. <br />14.4 Caltrans Detour Assessment <br />If a full detour assessment will is requested by <br />Caltrans due to the proximity to the 1-5 <br />interchange, Fehr & Peers has provided optional <br />scope to complete the required analysis. Traffic <br />analysis to support the project will be prepared <br />along detour routes and will include adjacent 1-5 <br />interchange ramp terminal intersections at Penn <br />Way and 4th Street, and will include the corridors <br />of Penn Way/Santiago Street, Santa Ana <br />Boulevard, Grand Avenue and 4th Street and <br />includes up to 15 study intersections. <br />Traffic forecasts will be prepared using the same <br />procedures as the Traffic/Circulation Study, <br />utilizing OCTAM and new turning movement <br />counts collected at the time of the TM P. Traffic <br />analysis will be prepared using Synchro Software <br />for peak hour conditions. A draft plan will be <br />submitted for City and Caltrans review and we <br />assume up to two rounds of responses to <br />comments and submission as final. <br />
