Kendrick # 257 Approved By: <br />Date of Report: 07-24-13 Date: 10/03/2013 <br />Page 6 of 12 <br /> On Monday July 1, 2013, SAPD Detective Judson and I contacted at his apartment. <br />On Sunday, June 23, 2013, was awakened by the sound of gunshots. looked outside <br />her window and saw two police officers. did not witness the shooting incident. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> did not witness or hear the shooting incident. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> On Sunday, June 23, 2013, at approximately 0700 hours, was awakened by <br />several gunshots. did not witness the shooting incident. <br /> <br /> <br /> On Sunday, June 23, 2013, was awakened by approximately ten gunshots <br />coming from the west alley. did not witness the shooting incident. <br /> <br /> <br /> On Sunday, June 23, 2013, at approximately 0730 hours, was in the living room <br />of his apartment, when he heard approximately nine gunshots, a pause and then approximately <br />five gunshots. heard male voices coming from the west alley, but could not understand <br />what they were saying. went to the west alley and saw a several police officers holding <br />guns. The police officers told to go back inside his apartment. did not witness <br />the shooting incident. <br /> <br />
