On Sunday, June 23, 2013, between 0800 hours and 0810 hours, heard <br />approximately 4 gunshots, followed by male voices yelling something in English, and then more <br />gunshots. did not understand what was said. did not witness the shooting <br />incident. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> On Sunday, June 23, 2013, was awakened by several gunshots. did <br />not witness the shooting incident. <br /> <br /> <br /> On Sunday, June 23, 2013, was sleeping at the time of the shooting incident. <br /> did not witness or hear the shooting incident. <br /> <br />On Monday July 1, 2013, SAPD Detective JUDSON and I contacted at his <br />apartment.
