TANNER #252 Approved By: <br />Date of Report: 06/23/2013 Date: 06/25/2013 <br />Page 1 of 4 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CASE NAME: GONZALEZ, JESSICA <br />CLASSIFICATION: OFFICER INVOLVED SHOOTING (FATAL) <br />TYPE: OFFICER PROCESSING <br />AGENCY: SANTA ANA POLICE DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />On Sunday, June 23, 2013, at approximately 0840 hours, Orange County District <br />Attorney Supervising Investigator, MARK GUTIERREZ contacted me regarding an officer involved <br />shooting incident involving the Santa Ana Police Department. GUTIERREZ requested I respond <br />to the area of 809 South Townsend Street, in the city of Santa Ana to assist with the <br />investigation. <br />I arrived at the incident location at 1013 hours, and met with investigators from the <br />Orange County District Attorney’s Office (OCDA) and from the Santa Ana Police Department <br />(SAPD) who were there to assist with the investigation. <br />At approximately 1050 hours, SAPD Sergeant PHIL CRAFT conducted a briefing of the <br />known circumstances surrounding the incident for the personnel involved in the investigation. <br />Following the briefing, GUTIERREZ teamed me with SAPD Detective DOMINGO CABRERA <br />to conduct the processing of the officers involved in the shooting incident. <br />At approximately 1306 hours, I responded to the Santa Ana Police Department and <br />witnessed Orange County Crime Lab (OCCL) Forensic Specialist LAURABETH CAMACHO process <br />the following SAPD personnel: <br /> <br />ORANGE COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY’S OFFICE <br />BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION <br /> <br />SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT <br />
