TANNER #252 Approved By: <br />Date of Report: 06/23/2013 Date: 06/25/2013 <br />Page 3 of 4 <br /> <br />After photographing AYALA, CAMACHO collected the following: <br />• Glock, Model 22, .40 caliber semi-automatic pistol, serial # LXN640 with a Streamlight <br />TLR light serial # C4-3525650912 mounted on the lower rail <br />• One magazine from the handgun containing 7 Winchester rounds and 1 additional <br />round of Winchester ammunition from the chamber of the handgun. <br />• Two additional handgun magazines each loaded to a maximum capacity with 15 rounds <br />of Winchester brand ammunition <br /> <br />Santa Ana Police Officer SAUL ESQUIVEL #3295 <br />Officer ESQUIVEL’s uniform consisted of a short sleeved, dark blue uniform shirt and <br />long dark blue pants. The uniform shirt had Santa Ana Police patches affixed to both sleeves <br />below the shoulder. A metal police badge was affixed above the left shirt pocket and <br />ESQUIVEL’s nameplate was affixed above the right shirt pocket. ESQUIVEL wore a complete <br />Sam Browne duty belt. <br />ESQUIVEL’s duty belt contained the following items: <br />• Glock, Model 21, .45 caliber semi-automatic pistol, right side <br />• Two additional 13 round capacity handgun magazines, left front <br />• Taser, Model X26 serial # X00-660726, left side <br />• Expandable baton, left rear <br />• Oleoresin Capsicum spray, left rear <br />• Handcuffs, right rear <br />• Motorola hand held radio, left side <br />After photographing ESQUIVEL, CAMACHO collected the following: <br />• Glock, Model 21, .45 caliber semi-automatic pistol serial # HAY924 with a Streamlight <br />TLR light serial #C4-3525050912
