CORONER: 13-02615-BB <br /> <br /> <br />On Sunday, June 23, 2013, at approximately 0830 hours, I spoke with Santa Ana Police <br />Commander ERIC PAULSON who advised of an officer involved shooting, which occurred at 805 <br />South Townsend Street, in the city of Santa Ana. Commander PAULSON requested the Orange <br />County District Attorney’s Officer Involved Incident Investigation Team, respond to the location <br />and conduct an investigation into the incident. <br />I notified District Attorney Investigators DEAN FULCHER, BRETT ANDERSEN, LOREN <br />DAWSON, KORY DEGRAFFENREID, ED WOOD, MIKE KENDRICK, and BOB ERICKSON and <br />requested they respond to assist in the investigation. I went to the shooting location and met <br />with personnel assigned to the incident. <br />At approximately 1010 hours, Santa Ana Police Sergeant PHIL CRAFT conducted a <br />briefing on the known circumstances surrounding the incident for personnel involved in the <br />investigation.
