He did not hear <br />or witness the shooting. <br />Apartment #3 <br />On June 23, 2013 Thomas Rodriguez was awakened by two or three gunshots. Rodriguez did not <br />witness the shooting incident. <br />On Sunday June 23, Espirdion Diaz was awakened by the sound of gunshots. Diaz looked outside her <br />window and saw two police officers. Diaz did not witness the shooting incident. <br />Apartment #2 <br />Vacant apartment <br />Apartment # l <br />Albert Valenzuela did not witness or hear the shooting incident. <br />806 S. Raitt Street <br />Investigator Kendrick and I contacted the residents at 806 S. Raitt Street. This location is a two story <br />apartment complex.We obtained the following statements. <br />Apartment #8 <br />On Sunday June 23, 2013 Guadalupe Corona was in her living room with her husband Francisco when <br />she heard what she thought was fireworks, however because the sound was so rapid she realized they <br />might have been gunshots. Corona walked outside and heard male voices yelling in English; however <br />she could not understand what was being said. Corona looked into the west alley and saw what appeared <br />to be a young boy lying on the ground. Corona heard police sirens as well as police officers arriving in <br />the west alley. Corona did not witness the shooting incident. <br />Francisco Corona did not witness the shooting incident. <br />Apartment #7 <br />On June 23, 2013 at approximately 0800 hours, Rual Nava Jr. was awakened by approximately eight <br />gunshots. Nava did not witness the shooting incident. <br />On June 23 , 2013 at approximately 0800 hours, Brenda Diaz was awakened by approximately eight <br />gunshots. Diaz did not witness the shooting incident. <br />Raul Nava Sr. was not home at the time of the shooting incident. <br />Apartment #6 <br />On Sunday June 23, 2013 at approximately 0805 hours, Betzabet Aguilar was awakened by six <br />gunshots, a pause, and then another five gunshots.
