On Sunday June 23, 2013 Martha Velasquez was walking into her bathroom when she heard approximately six gunshots coming from the west alley. Velasquez did not witness the shooting incident. Jose Aguilar was not home a the time of the shooting incident. Apartment #5 On Sunday June 23, 2013 Oscar Sandoval was awakend by several gunshots. Sandoval did not witness the shooting. On Sunday June 23, 2013 Claudia Bautista was awakened by approximately ten gunshots coming from the west alley. Bautista did not witness the shooting incident. Apartment #4 On Sunday June 23, 2013 at approximately 0730 hours, Nesta Oliveras was in the living room of his apartment when he heard approximately nine gunshots, a pause and then approximately five gunshots. Oliveras heard male voices coming from the west alley, but could not understand what they were saying. Oliveras went to the west alley and saw several police officers holding guns. the police officers told Oliveras to go back inside his apartment. Oliveras did not witness the shooting incident. On Sunday June 23, 2013 Diana Oliveras was awakened by what sounded like fireworks or gunshots. Oliveras heard male voices say in English "put your hands in the air" and "do not move". Oliveras went downstairs and looked toward the west alley and saw police officers covering objects with paper. Oliveras saw a garage door with two bullet holes. Oliveras did not witness the shooting incident. On Sunday June 23, 2013 Patricia Perez was in her bedroom when she heard four or five gunshots. Perez did not witness the shooting incident. Karen Perez did not witness or hear the shooting incident.. Adrian Oliveras did not witness or hear the shooting incident. Apartment 3 On Sunday June 23, 2013 Gerson Villegas was awakend at approximately 0700 hours by approximately ten gunshots. Villegas did not witness the shooting incident. Apartment #2 On Sunday June 23, 2013 Genoveva Ortiz was awakend by approximately seven gunshots. Ortiz did not witness the shooting incident. On Thursday July 18, 2013, I spoke to a male on the phone who identified himself as Cesar Gonzalez. Gonzalez told me he did not witness or hear the shooting.
