Santa Ana PD 2013-17495: Supplemental Report by #1628 <br />Forensic Specialist Laurabeth Camacho's assistance concluded and she left the hospital. <br />1215 Hours: <br />Page 6 of 6 <br />The body was removed by Traditional Funeral Services. We waited while hospital staff prepared the <br />Emergency Department Trauma Flow Sheet, ED Nursing Notes, Care Report, Emergency Room <br />Treatment Record and other documents for us ( attached). An amount of US currency removed from the <br />deceased's possession was also retrieved by House Keeping Supervisor and remanded to <br />the custody of SDC Beasley. <br />1250 Hours: <br />Trauma room DH-16 was relinquished back to the medical staff and was cleaned. SOC Beasley <br />collected the deceased's clothing as evidence and transported it to the Coroner 's Office. <br />1300 Hours: <br />Officer Montiel, Investigator Degraffenried, Detective Garcia, SDC Beaslye and I left the hospital. I returned to <br />the Santa Ana Police Department and eventually attended an investigative de-briefing. I completed this <br />documentation. This concluded my assistance in this investigation up to this time.
