On July 30, 2013, at approximately <br />1500 hours, was the only person working at the business. was behind the <br />front counter when he looked out the front glass door, located on the east side of the business. <br />The front glass door had a view of the parking lot on the east side of the business, and the <br />north side of McDonald’s Restaurant. observed a male Hispanic, heavy set, 26 years, <br />wearing a gray T-shirt and light brown or beige pants, run from the southwest entrance of the <br />parking lot at McFadden Avenue, northeast across the parking lot, to the front of China King <br />Restaurant, located at 624 South Harbor Boulevard, and then out of sight. A police <br />vehicle with emergency lights and siren on, chased the subject through the parking lot towards <br />China King, and then out of sight. <br /> advised that he recognized the subject from the area, and the subject <br />purchased alcohol 3 to 4 times per day from his business. advised that he heard from <br />unidentified people that the same subject was involved in a fight earlier in the day, but the <br />police were not notified of the incident. did not witness or hear anything else related <br />to the shooting incident. did not have a surveillance video system at his business. <br />Estrellas Mexican Restaurant, 650 South Harbor Boulevard, Santa Ana, CA 92704 <br /> <br /> was the Owner of Estrellas Mexican Restaurant. At the time of the <br />incident, was in the kitchen and he did not witness or hear anything related to the <br />shooting incident. did not have a surveillance video system at his business.
