On July 30, 2013, at approximately <br />1500 hours, was washing his hands in the sink, when he heard one noise. described the <br />noise as a firecracker. walked to the east glass door, opened the door, and observed a <br />police vehicle parked north of the business. did not witness or hear anything else related to <br />the shooting incident. <br /> <br /> was a Cook for China King Restaurant. On July 30, 2013, at approximately 1400 <br />hours or 1500 hours, was frying food in the kitchen, when he heard police sirens outside the <br />business. then heard one noise, which he described as a firework. did not witness or <br />hear anything else related to the shooting incident. <br /> <br /> was a Helper in the kitchen for China King Restaurant. On July 30, 2013, <br />started work at 0900 hours, and he was putting food in the refrigerator when the incident <br />occurred. did not witness or hear anything related to the shooting incident. <br /> On July 31, 2013, at approximately 1056 hours, SAPD Detective NGUYEN and I <br />conducted a canvass interview of a witness in the immediate area of the incident.
