A <br />customer had left earlier and she was alone in the business. was seated at her desk in the western <br />portion of the business. said she heard a woman’s voice coming from the parking lot of the business <br />complex. then heard what she believed to be a gunshot from outside of her business. This drew her <br />attention, but she could not see outside of her business. said her view was partially blocked by <br />furniture and by her limited vision. said she does not see well at distance. VU heard a man yelling <br />something and he sounded angry. said she could not understand what the man was saying but got <br />the impression he was very angry. did not get up and look outside. <br /> related that shouting, yelling, and fighting are common place in the shopping center. <br />said that there are a lot of homeless people with mental problems in the area and it is very common for <br />them to be engaged in disputes and fights. <br /> told us that she has a video surveillance system and directed us to the system. said that <br />she could not pull recorded material from the system, and provided me with the telephone number of a <br />man named who was responsible for the system and could remove images from it. <br />FURNITURE CITY-602 SOUTH HARBOR BOULEVARD, SANTA ANA, CA. 714-531-5255 <br /> <br /> On July 30, 2013, told us that he was gone from work when the incident happened. <br /> told us that earlier in the day he had seen two of the homeless individuals, who live behind the <br />store, engaged in a fist fight near the McDonald’s restaurant. said that it was common for the <br />homeless people to be engaged in fights in the parking lot. <br />LAUNDROMAT-632 SOUTH HARBOR BOULEVARD, SANTA ANA, CA. 714-881-6452 <br /> <br /> Investigator requested assistance with interviewing a customer at the <br />Laundromat, at 632 South Harbor Boulevard. We contacted who was doing her laundry while <br />watching her five year old daughter, told us (in Spanish) that she had arrived
