So, her vehicle was now stuck in the crime scene. said she did not witness the shooting <br />incident. <br />SILVER COAST INSURANCE-638 SOUTH HARBOR BOULEVARD, SANTA ANA, CA. 714-775-2300 <br /> <br /> On July 30, 2013, arrived for work at 0900 hours. has a desk at the front <br />of the insurance office, with a view to the parking lot. noticed two of the homeless men <br />engaged in some kind of dispute, along the west side of the furniture business. believes that <br />one of the men involved in the dispute was the man who eventually had the confrontation with the <br />police. <br /> At approximately 1230 hours, noticed two men engaged in a fist fight in the parking <br />lot. believed that one of those men was also the man who eventually got into the <br />confrontation with the police. That second fight was near the McDonald’s and had spilled out onto <br />Harbor Boulevard. While the men were fighting in the roadway, a bus had to stop to avoid them and <br />began blowing its horn. <br /> At approximately 1505 hours, was seated at his desk, when he saw a police car <br />parked west of the furniture building. then saw a man run across the parking lot; whom he <br />recognized as one of the local homeless men. further recognized the homeless guy as the <br />man who had been involved in the earlier fights. did not see a police officer or anyone <br />chasing the homeless man across the parking lot. said he tried to figure out what the man <br />was running from and looked to the north and saw the police car. <br /> The homeless man ended up entering JUGO’S Juice Shop at the corner. A police car stopped in <br />the parking lot and a female police officer, with a pony tail exited. She was wearing a distinctive police <br />uniform and was clearly a police officer. The female police officer walked toward the juice shop and <br />ordered the man out. said he heard the officer tell the man to get down on the ground.
