They were fighting in the roadway and a bus was honking at them to get out of Harbor <br />Boulevard. continued on to work at the insurance company. desk was <br />located directly behind with a partially blocked view of the parking lot. <br /> At approximately 1500 hours, observed a police car pull across the parking area <br />with its emergency lights on. She wanted to go see what was going on but was on the <br />telephone with a customer. Shortly thereafter she heard a gunshot. She got up and walked <br />outside, but her view was blocked by other spectators who were standing at the corner of the <br />building. She eventually saw the body on the ground and recognized it as being the homeless <br />man who frequents this shopping center and had been in the earlier fight.
