I made arrangements with to return on <br />July 31, 2013, to collect the video. <br /> <br /> was not present at the time of the shooting incident and arrived at the coin <br />laundry at approximately 1650 hours. provided Spanish translation for the interview of <br /> listed below. <br /> , ( <br /> was inside the coin laundry at approximately 1500 hours when the shooting <br />incident occurred. was using the coin machine located approximately five feet <br />inside the east facing front door to the business. ’s back was facing the front door. <br /> heard a female yelling and heard what she believed to be one gunshot. <br />did not witness the shooting incident. <br />CAFÉ LU-636 SOUTH HARBOR BOULEVARD, SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> Café Lu is a coffee/juice bar that was open at 1500 hours, the approximate time the <br />shooting incident occurred. The store front windows face east into the parking lot where the <br />shooting incident occurred. At the time of the shooting incident, the business utilized a loud <br />stereo system inside to create a “club” like atmosphere for its clientele. While conducting <br />canvass interviews inside the business, I witnessed the high decibel level of the music inside. <br />Due to this high decibel level, hearing anything outside of the business would be difficult.
