The <br />following is a summary of the interview: <br />During the first week of July, 2013, in the morning hours, between 0900 and 1000 hours, <br /> was stopped in the drive thru of the McDonalds Restaurant at 666 South Harbor <br />Boulevard, in the city of Santa Ana. A male subject later identified as HANS KEVIN ARELLANO, <br />rode up to the driver’s side door of his car on a bicycle and asked him for a cigarette. <br />told ARELLANO that he did not have a cigarette. ARELLANO became enraged and said, “Get the <br />fuck out of here!” <br />ARELLANO rode off on his bicycle, but a short time later, he came back to the driver’s <br />side window and started to “bang” on the car door. rolled up the car’s window and <br />tried to back up out of the drive thru and drive away. <br />ORANGE COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY’S OFFICE <br />BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION <br />INTERVIEW REPORT
