CONKLIN Approved By: <br />Date of Report: 08/07/13 Date: 08/09/2013 <br />Page 4 of 4 <br />During the interview, referred to an aerial photograph of the location, which I <br />provided to her. drew a red vehicle icon on the photograph denoting the <br />approximate location where GUIDRY parked her vehicle prior to exiting it. <br /> also referred to a handwritten sketch of the location, sketched and provided <br />by Detective ACHZIGER. drew a red “X” denoting the approximate location she was <br />sitting during the shooting, a red “S” denoting the approximate location ARELLANO was initially <br />standing in front of the “juke box,” a red “SS” denoting the approximate location ARELLANO <br />was when he exited the restaurant, and a red “P” denoting the approximate location GUIDRY <br />was standing when she was initially giving her commands. initialed and dated both <br />the aerial photograph and sketch, copies of which are attached to this report. <br />Approximately ten minutes after concluding the interview, Detective ACHZIGER <br />informed me he had a follow up question for . <br />At approximately 1824 hours, we re-contacted in one of the SAPD conference <br />rooms as she was waiting for her boyfriend, , to pick her up. ACHZIGER asked <br /> the following in part: If she was the female officer, and ARELLANO had made that <br />“lurching movement” toward her, would she feel that ARELLANO was going to harm her? <br /> responded, “No.” ACHZIGER asked , if she would have feared for her safety, <br />and responded, “No.” However, in the initial interview, when I asked if <br />ARELLANO’s actions had frightened her, she responded, “a little bit, yes.” The interview was <br />concluded at 1825 hours.
