The following is a <br />summary of the interview: <br />On Tuesday, July 30, 2013, received a cellular telephone call from his <br />girlfriend; , as she sat inside Jugo’s La Tropicana restaurant, 622 <br />South Harbor Boulevard, Santa Ana. estimated he received the call from <br />at approximately 1600 to 1620 hours, even though I explained to him the incident occurred <br />approximately an hour earlier.
