He couldn’t tell if it was a male or female that was yelling and he couldn’t make <br />out what they were yelling, because it was inaudible. <br />After the loud noise, appeared to be in shock and started crying. <br />regained her composure and told him, a “guy” entered the restaurant, a police officer arrived, <br />the “guy” had his hands in his pockets, and the police officer shot him. <br /> said that was not providing information to him about the incident <br />as it was on going. told him about the shooting incident afterwards.
