The following is a summary of the interview: <br />On July 30, 2013, at approximately 1400 hours, was in the area of Harbor <br />Boulevard and McFadden Avenue waiting for a ride from his girlfriend. As was walking <br />into the McDonalds Restaurant, he was confronted by ARELLANO. ARELLANO appeared <br />agitated, standing within inches of ’s face. ARELLANO demanded to know what <br />was doing in the area. When said he was waiting for his girlfriend, ARELLANO stated, <br />“You better be,” and walked away. felt threatened by ARELLANO and assumed he was <br />under the influence of some kind of “drugs.” <br />A short time later, was standing on the east side of the China King restaurant, <br />624 South Harbor Boulevard, smoking a cigarette when he heard a police siren.
