As ARELLANO passed, <br /> heard him state “Fuck that.” <br />As ARELLANO ran past the China King restaurant, he changed direction running north <br />toward Jugo’s La Tropicana, 622 South Harbor Boulevard. lost sight of ARELLANO after <br />he rounded the corner of the building westbound. The Santa Ana Police vehicle came to a stop <br />at the same corner of the building. A female police officer exited the vehicle and yelled, “Stop.” <br /> heard what he believed to be one gunshot, but did not see anyone fire a weapon. <br />Refer to attached diagram.
