EXHIBIT 2 <br /> workplace concerns to Working Wardrobes staff, and participates in periodic check-ins and <br /> evaluations of participant progress. <br /> Participant Onboarding <br /> 1. Participants complete workshop and coaching appointments for multiple workforce <br /> readiness services including Soft Skills, Resume,and Interview Practice along with a <br /> professional wardrobing appointment. <br /> 2. The People Operations Manager opens available WEX positions and invites <br /> appropriate participants to apply. The People Operations Manager conducts a brief <br /> phone screening and shares feedback with the Career Navigator regarding <br /> placement readiness. <br /> 3. The Career Navigator schedules a meet-and-greet with the worksite supervisor, <br /> which serves as the final placement interview. <br /> 4. The participant is moved to hired status and completes any required background <br /> check <br /> S. Once cleared,the participant attends program orientation,which includes: <br /> a. Staff orientation and workplace expectations <br /> b. Navigating Success in the Workplace workshop <br /> c. Timekeeping platform setup <br /> d. Required online trainings <br /> 6. The participant connects with the worksite supervisor to confirm schedule,start <br /> date,and reporting expectations prior to the first day of training. <br /> Documentation <br /> Working Wardrobes documents each participant's Work Experience (WEX) participation in <br /> its primary case management system, Casebook. Staff maintain a continuous record of the <br /> participant's WEX journey,including training start and end dates,placement details,case <br /> notes,attendance patterns,and progress updates.Case notes document participant <br /> successes,skill development,and any concerns or barriers impacting participation. <br /> For contracts that require reporting in an external system,such as Ca1JOBS,staff also enter <br /> required activities,services,and outcomes into the designated platform. <br /> Timekeeping & Payroll <br /> Participants record their hours by clocking in and out using Working Wardrobes' staff <br /> timekeeping platform and by completing and signing timesheets. <br /> Completion & Transition <br /> Upon completion of Work Experience (WEX),staff evaluate skill development and support <br /> the participant's transition to unsubsidized employment,continued job search, or additional <br />
