EXHIBIT 2 <br /> Wardrobe locations including, Career Success Center, The Hanger retail stores and <br /> Donation Center. <br /> • $18/hour x 120 hours + 13% (tax rate) _ $24,408 total for 10 participants <br /> Total Cost for 10 Participant Wages =$24,408(including taxes) <br /> PARTICIPANT TUITION ASSISTANCE <br /> An average of$750 for 20 participants equally$1,5000 will be made available for tuition <br /> assistance and training related expenses for participants pursuing skill-based training <br /> certificate programs and/or post-secondary education. These funds are essential fo5r <br /> allowing participants to further their education and gain skills that will help them succeed <br /> in the workforce. <br /> Total Participant Tuition Assistance =$15,000 <br /> SUPPORTIVE SERVICES <br /> Supportive services are designed to assist participants with their critical needs, removing <br /> barriers to employment, and ensuring they can successfully complete the program. <br /> Supportive services may include: Financial assistance for transportation, government IDs, <br /> utilities, or other necessary resources. Any supportive services payment will be provided in <br /> the form of a gift card or directly paid to the appropriate third party vendor. <br /> Total Supportive Services ($250 x 20 Participants)_$5,000 <br /> Participant Incentives <br /> Participants may receive incentives valued at up to $125 upon achievement of verified <br /> initial employment. Incentives may be provided in the form of gas cards, grocery cards <br /> (such as Walmart or similar retailers), or general prepaid Visa gift cards.This incentive is <br /> intended to recognize progress and encourage continued engagement in services that <br /> support employment outcomes. All incentives are issued only after staff verify completion <br /> and document the achievement in accordance with program procedures. <br /> Total Participant Incentives($125 x 14 Participants)_$1,750 <br /> Follow Up Period, Supportive Services <br /> Supportive services during the follow-up period are designed to assist participants with <br /> their critical needs, removing barriers to employment retention, and ensuring they can <br /> successfully maintain employment after program completion.
