Lauren Eddy will deliver hands-on instruction and skills training for participants in the <br /> CDC program. She will teach foundational child development concepts, facilitate applied <br /> learning activities, and provide individualized support to help participants develop the skills <br /> needed for careers working with children. Her role is essential in preparing youth with practical, <br /> job-ready skills that increase their employability. <br /> Construction Training Program (CTP) Instructor—Michael O'Neill; 21% FTE for 12 months; <br /> $15,750 salary. Erika Rios-Streitz <br /> will manage the admissions process, ensuring the smooth intake of eligible participants into the <br /> program. She will support youth in navigating the application process, ensuring that they meet <br /> program requirements and receive appropriate support. Her role supports the grant by <br /> ensuring that qualified participants are recruited, contributing to the program's overall success. <br /> Employment Readiness Lead—Cindy Mendizabal, 21% FTE for 12 months; $15,750 salary. Cindy <br /> Mendizabal will oversee the employment readiness activities of the program. She will <br /> coordinate job preparation workshops, resume writing, and interview coaching to ensure that <br /> participants are fully equipped for employment. Her role directly impacts the success of the <br /> program by improving the employability of youth participants. <br /> Employment Readiness Specialist—Sabine Shah, 21% FTE ($13,374) for 12 months; $14,362 <br /> salary.
