She has extensive experience managing multiple complex <br />initiatives, including monitoring scope and schedules, tracking performance, <br />and guiding the development of actionable implementation plans that align with <br />client priorities. Michelle is highly regarded for her ability to build and mentor <br />high -performing teams, foster accountability, and drive cross -departmental <br />collaboration.
